One Eastside is Sphere Group’s 51 storey 667-unit built for rent skyscraper, being delivered for Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC). PIC forward funded the £200 million development as a long-term investment asset. When the deal closed in October 2022 it was the largest forward fund deal in the UK.
The 155.5m high development features 667 high-quality new homes for rent, with over 20,000 sq ft of internal residents’ amenity, including co-working spaces, cinema room, gym, podcast suite and 51st floor sky lounge with outdoor terrace. The project completes in Summer 2026.
