Steph has established herself as a key member of Sphere Group, playing a pivotal role in the management and coordination of major residential-led schemes. Alongside her professional role, Steph has recently completed her MSc in Real Estate Management at Birmingham City University, further strengthening her technical and strategic understanding of the property sector.

Steph is currently the lead team member on One Eastside, Birmingham’s tallest residential tower, where she is responsible for seeing the project through to completion. In this role, she manages the interface between Sphere, the contractor, and the professional team, ensuring that programme, cost, and quality objectives are achieved while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and investors.

STEPHANIE’s key responsibilities include:

• Leading the delivery of One Eastside through construction to completion.
• Managing relationships with contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Overseeing project reporting, programme control and risk management.
• Contributing to Sphere’s brand, communications and client engagement.

Outside of work, Steph enjoys golf and netball, bringing the same focus and determination from sport into her professional career.
