Stuart started his property journey slightly later in life after playing professional cricket for the MCC Young Cricketers and Warwickshire County Cricket Club before taking up his first role with Argent LLP in 2005.

At Argent Stuart worked across various disciplines at Brindley Place as well as the initial regeneration of the former Library of Birmingham (now Paradise Birmingham) and Piccadilly Manchester.

Since leaving Argent, Stuart has amassed 15yrs Residential agency experience both in New Homes and for the past seven years in Capital Markets. At Knight Frank and latterly CBRE he has provided consultancy advise on some of the largest mixed-use development projects in Birmingham as well as acting on circa. £1bn of investment transactions in the BTR space across key UK regional centres.

STUART’s key responsibilities include:

• As Development Director, Stuart is responsible for delivery of existing projects across all stages of the development process, with a particular focus on site appraisal, deal structuring and land acquisition as well as supporting on new development and investment opportunities.
