Chris is a highly experienced development and project delivery professional with more than 25 years within the property and construction industry across the UK and Australia.

A collaborative and commercially focused leader with extensive delivery experience, Chris has successfully directed numerous large-scale Build-to-Rent and Build-to-Sell residential schemes, alongside major regeneration and mixed-use projects within highly constrained city-centre environments.

With Sphere Group, Chris will support the delivery of complex projects, with a focus on commercial drivers, operational requirements and stakeholder dynamics.

Chris' key responsibilities include:

• In his role as Project Director, Chris will be responsible for feasibility, planning, procurement and construction, amongst other project requirements.
• Working closely with funders, partners, suppliers and stakeholders, Chris will ensure Sphere Group developments continue to achieve the highest standards across planning, delivery, sustainability and value.
