We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Chris Hill as our new Project Director.

Returning to his beloved Birmingham after a number a years in Australia, Chris will take a leading role in ensuring Sphere Group developments continue to achieve the highest standards across planning,delivery, sustainability and value.

The appointment comes as our major development, Edition Birmingham, undergoes construction and our newest project approaches the planning stages.

Chris joins the team having spent time overseas as regional property lead with project management and advisory specialists, TSA Riley, as well as representing global venue developer Oak View Group as part of numerous concurrent new build arena projects.

As a former consultancy business MD, Birmingham Commonwealth Games Bid Project Manager and NEC Group Arenas Project Director - with residential development experience to boot - he will bring a wide range of skills to the Sphere Group team.
